Latest Garmin Map Update

I attempted to download the most recent map update from the Garmin website yesterday and reached a blank screen titled, "GCP Install". I'm wondering if this is an IE 9 compatibility issue. Anyone else encounter this? I have not yet received a response from Garmin.
GCP Install / Email reminder
I received an email on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 2:09 PM PST letting me know that:
"Your Quarterly Update is available now! nüMaps Lifetime™ You purchased nüMaps Lifetime to make sure you always had the most up-to-date map information. Well, it's time to download the most current update from Garmin. Remember, there are no additional costs."
In the two or so years I've had the nüMaps Lifetime maps, I've never received such a reminder email prior to June 21, 2011. It's about time they send me reminders.
As for GCP Install, you may need to install the Garmin Communicator Plugin:
"Install Garmin Communicator Plugin Incompatible Browser To continue, you must install the Garmin Communicator Plugin so we can detect and communicate with your device. To continue, you must update your Garmin Communicator Plugin from version to version. Installation is quick and easy. Continue to the next page for step-by-step instructions."

Have never had a problem and I have been running IE9 ever since it came out.
