I am making a file with all Qdoba locations and I am in the process of building a spreadsheet with all US locations (over 200) and I was wondering if anyone would like to chip in and help me find some of the locations? Like maybe 30? Post here or contact me and I can email u a spredsheet with 30 for you to look up!
MO- msgreenf (in progress)
VA- Motorcycle Mama
NC- Motorcycle Mama
SC- Motorcycle Mama
MD- Motorcycle Mama
DC- Motorcycle Mama
I did Virginia and North Carolina for you. I'll send you a message through your profile to get them to you.
Anyone else want to step up to the plate
I'll send file for Wisconsin once I get your contact info thought profile.
A lot of states have only 10 - 15 locations or less..this is a great way to help a project without having to spend a lot of time on it!
CA. and OR. are done and have been sent.
Since you are such a nice person, msgreenf, I'll do NJ and NY for you. Do you mind if I use Google Earth to take the exact locations. There is only one in my town, but I can find them by address easily on the web site and track them for you in Google Earth.
If this is not acceptable, I can only publish the reading from my Garminator and send only the one I can visit today to you.
Note that there are none in Hawaii.
I'll do MD, DC, and SC and I'll send them to you when they are done.
Using google earth is great! Would you like a file with the NJ and NY locations in them?
subject says it all...
I replied to you so you know it...
Just sent you by email my promised files. I'll take on three more, if these are already spoken for, send me three new ones.
that file was incomplete..I have contacted you via email regarding it
PA and TX are big states and would be much appreciated!
Nevada complete and sent.
Thank you to everyone for their help!
Sorry for the delay... I could not do it last night -- busy with a lot of family stuff... I will do it tonight and hopefully you can finish the project soon.
Great project BTW... Thanks from all of us (I believe you guys will agree with me)!
There are only 7 in texas that I can find. I'll try to do them in the next couple of days for you.
Correct. There are 7, i thought there were more.
Here is whats left:
MA - 11 locations
MO - 14 locations
PA - 19 locations
WA - 13 locations
I sent you NY and NJ in 3 formats this morning. Sorry if the Excel format does not match to your likings, but you can always change it. The rest are GPX and KLM and they are both pretty easy manageable!
I can do some more... Do you want me to try adding PA and MA to the list as well?
It will be through Google Earth anyways.
great! I will send you a file with those locations!
Any takers for MO?
Just sent you MA and PA. I had to correct a duplicated location and add a missing one.
You are almost there!
7863 Highway N
Dardenne Prairie, MO 63366
Google earth cant find it! Help me and then this file is done!!
Please tell me that you haven't been individually searching for every one of these addresses.
The Yahoo! geocoder found:
Address 7863 HIGHWAY N
City DARDENNE PRAIRIE
Country US [United States]
Here is another way:
7863 Highway N
Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368-6704, US
I know it is long, but just keep rolling your mouse to the right and you will get it.
or put the address into MapQuest. Once you see where it is, you can match on Gogle Earth.
Thanks for your help! I have been looking them all up on Google Earth indivdually. Now I won't have to
File is now posted at:
Dude, please don't do that. Yikes!!
Try this site when you have a list of addresses.
Got it bookmarked and will use it from now on! So much better but it is helpful to try to verify that the POI's are in a place that makes sense using google maps...
Yeah, that website will allow you to visualize the locations in a Google Map overlay. Also, I usually convert my files to GPX and load them in MapSource to check as well.
I went through Dardenne Prairie (aka Dardennes) MO last month looking for a business. My Streetpilot 7200 went nuts trying to navigate the area.
A lot of the roads and streets have been torn up and re-routed. That's why you're having trouble.
Just thought I'd let you know.
