The 650 uses the mp3 files. Did you right click and do a save as?
What browser are you using?
Have you looked in the download folder? Pay attention when you download as to where it is going.
Are you using files from here?
If you say they downloaded then they would generally be saved to a location.
Do a search for **Red Light Camera** because that is what the 6 sound files from here start with.
