In-n-Out Burger

At 1030 CDT the first of eight In-n-Out Burger restaurants will open in the Dallas-Ft Worth area. From all the news coverage, it will be the start of the chain's move into the Texas market. Guess they figured out Texans love burgers especially fresh made ones.

Reconstituted

Most are "reconstituted". Ground up and have additives. Maybe they don't do that in France?

While visiting my daughter and son-in-law in CA, my son-in-law commented that he didn't like their frys because they tasted like real potatoes. That brought a howl of laughter.

Texans love new burger places, but not all are willing to wait.

.

I've lived in SoCal all my life & have always loved In-n-Out but they now have some stiff competition...it's called 5 Guys Burgers and Fries...IMO, blows In-n-Out away.

The only problem with Fuddruckers is consistency. Sometimes medium is pink and the next time it's well done. Inn and Out is a nice change and 5 Guys burgers are OK. A good bar burger beats all the chains.

In-N-Out

I miss In-N-Out from by AZ and CA days. I get there whenever I make it back.

I have to settle for Five Guys here in SE Michigan.

in and out

I tried In and Out in Sacramento and it was great. Hopefully they continue to move east!

How "East" are you talking about ?

I'm East of the US, the Ocean, and a few countries in Europe. South-East France, to be accurate. Any chance of them getting this far ?

Probably not

From my travels I remember most of the beef was grass fed while we use grain or corn fed beef here. Different flavor to the meat and a somewhat different texture. So, the burgers wouldn't be the same. Id send you a 5 Guys but it wouldn't be very good by the time it completed the trip.

Not in a near future..

Until Texas, all of the in-n-out restaurants are within 1 day drive from their So Cal disti center. That's how they keep their food fresh and as nature as possible.

You can find lots of good and better burgers all over the country. But, with the price of In-n-out, you can hardly find anything better.

In and Out Burgers

I went to one of these while in Las Vegas a couple of years ago. They were okay, but not anywhere near the best I ever had. The very best burger I ever had was at Hodad's in Ocean Beach (San Diego). We have Chee Burger Chee Burger restaurants in Alabama. I think they are also better than In and Out.
