Rest Area File
Check out the Rest Area file. It contains a list of ALL rest areas and identifies them by type (Rest Area, Turnout, Information Centre, etc.) and by the amenities available at each stop. A MUST HAVE for anyone who travels and has a weak bladder

In the case of Canada, each
In the case of Canada, each province has visitor information centres located in towns throughout each province. The information provided varies with the province. For example, Manitoba may have their centres gps located. British Columbia I know for a fact doesn't. The information they did provide was less than useless.
For Rest Stops Canada I tried to include visitor centres on or very close to the TransCanada. But given how the TransCanada is set up, don't expect to find many.

Wish I had this file a few years back.My wife and I done the Bay of Fundy locations and found many of the these visitor centers in the samll towns. They has maps of the areas, attraction, most any help you needed and even Internet service with desk top computers.Did not expect this in such small towns but it seem like a normal thing there. When we go back plan to have this file.
