Model 1350LMT

I have zero experience with it.

You can download the owners manual at http://static.garmincdn.com/pumac/nuvi_1100_1200_1300_1400_O... .They only come with a start up manual.Also you can type in 1350 on search at top of page and read through some of the posts for that model.

I been using my 1350lmt for a few weeks, did have problems with reboots/shutdowns while in a route, worked with Garmin tech support, reinstalled software version 5.30 a couple of times, this didn't resolve problems, sent the GPS back to Garmin, I received a new 1350lmt GPS since the GPS was under 30 days old, updated the software to version 5.30, the reboot/shutdowns started happening again, reinstalled the software again, and now no problems with the GPS.

Answer:

Please note that if your nuvi is experiencing any of the following symptoms, a software update was released in order to help prevent these issues from occurring:

* Unit shuts down while navigating an active route
* Unit reboots while navigating an active route, powers back on, however reboots again once you attempt to View Map on the device

In order to update your nuvi please utilize Garmin's Webupdater program which will update your unit to the latest available software. If your unit continues to experience a rebooting issue please contact Garmin Customer Support for further assistance.

I been using this GPS daily, the traffic function works well near the Chicago area, the lane assist works GREAT. I like the brightness of the screen and it's readable in the sunlight.

I have a 1350 & the only negative thing I've experienced is slow map redraw as you move from one area to another. Otherwise, good navigation & convenient features.

I have notice this as well so currently im updating to lastest map right now and hopefully that and webupdater resolves it.

It is like a 20 second delay

We like the unit and only had 1 problem which phonecall to Garmin tech support solved - for some reason a necessary .txt file went missing from its correct directory.

Although it is not designed for such, I even use it for geocaching.
