Nuvi 780 and POI's not agreeing..

Got a question for the group. I love my Nuvi 780 & 350 and am relatively new to the whole POI thing. This issue is currently only on the 780, as that is the only GPS I've been working with.

I have two *.gpi files. But I have a problem with them...

The first has the "More" button with the full description of my POI, it also lists my description two times! It also lacks the audio clip I had attached to it.

The second gpi file, is setup as a TourGuide file (based off the wonderful "how-to" over at Gary Hayman's site). It shows the first five or six words in the description and nothing else. No more button, etc. It also has the audio clip I had attached to it.

What did I do wrong or what didn't I do at all?

The first two images show what I want, minus the sound alert, except that the data is duplicated. The third shot shows what I don't want, but does show the sound alert in the file...

Just for background info:
Mac OS X 10.6.6 with Garmin BaseCamp, WebUpdater and POILoader
Garmin Nuvi 780 and Nuvi 350
6 GPX Files (Converted from KMZ files) with more to come.

Update: Seperate GPI Files

I think I may have figured it out. I'm using two seperate *.gpi files for now...Tomorrow is my big "test" day for one of the POI files. Will update then as to how it goes.

EDIT: It worked out for the most part. Now none of my POI's want to delete and I'm going through a bunch of the forums trying to figure out why not! I don't even have a POI.gpi or any *.gpi file left on the GPS yet the Custom POI's are still there...

Look in the \Garmin\gpx folder on the unit.

Thanks! I actually found the answer I needed in another post here. I totally spaced (being the spacey nerd I am!) on the fact that Mac OS X creates a ".trashes" folder which is invisible to the Mac platform. Went in via XP (the "last" good WinSys) and deleted the ".trashes" folder! *POOF* all files were gone!

Everything is working like a charm now!
