File clean up

Added 2 Branches to Ontario Command ( I think I missed them when making the file). They are Branch 59, Sgt A E Trawles in Toronto and Branch 302 Harry Wray in Gravenhurst.
Removed 1 closed Branch (32 Consort), added Branch 152 to Command list in Alberta NWT Command.
Removed 1 closed Branch (178 Montecassino), corrected Branch # for Sperling Branch in Manitoba Command.
Added Branch 69 Lemberg in Saskatchewan Command.
Added Branch 9 Kensington in Prince Edward Island Command.

Removed 3 closed Branches

Removed 3 closed Branches from the combined files and removed from corresponding Command files. AB/NWT Branch 290 Peacekeepers & SK Branches 26 Abernethy & 210 Dinsmore Wiseton.
Changed name of AB Branch 264 from Kensington Calgary to North Calgary.
