Good morning all. Here in the SF Bay area we are finally expected to get temps in the 90s in the next day or so. It has been unseasonably cold this summer season. Time to get out for some fair weather camping.

Just finished my Vegas to Phoenix commute
It was hot in Vegas and just as hot here in Phoenix. The Hoover Dam bridge is looking good. There were cranes on it this morning installing barriers of some sort. Approaches on both sides are progressing also, but the Arizona side seems more practical than the Nevada approach. Northbound will dump traffic on the Nevada side from double lane to single lane near the Hacienda casino. I hope the traffic engineers have plans for that or there will be traffic back-up on to the bridge itself. Have a great week everyone.

Wow it's hot in the west
Be back in IA tomorrow where it's supposed to be 75 degrees. It was 111 on Friday on I-10 on Friday. I admit it was nice in Oxnard but hot in Ojai and hot coming back to Phoenix yesterday. I like this area better in the winter!
