I just wonder how many other people out there find animated icons annoying and distracting. My tendency is to scroll on past such messages.

Animated icons

I thinke the Icons should be left up to each member as they see fit to show somthing. I can't see why the animated Icons would bother anyone. You are there to read post not watch Icons. It almost like telling every person what color to have their typed message in.

Yeah, I just use AdBlock in Firefox to block those avatars.

I updated my Adblock filters in Chrome so I now see only the animated conversations... wink

Where did you get the icon from. Did you download?
