NUVI 255W Sound Alerts

I just purchased a NUVI 255W and downloaded various POIS.
Included for each POI was a .csv file, a BMP and a mp3 sound alert. I renamed each poi the same as the .csv file. The icon appears, but I never can get a sound aleret. Any help would be appreciated.

No MP3 Player
The 255W does not have an mp3 player, therefore it will not play mp3 sound files. You will have to use wav sound files instead.
