Etrex Vista - uses/software?

So all this fun with the Nuvi motivated me to pull out my old Etrex Vista (B&W). Just updated the software on the unit - hadnt done that in ages.

Question is - is there any software interface for these? one would think it could pull some of the data that my fiance's Forerunner 301 can do - through training center. Anyone have any idea if there is anything else you can do with these?

I use MapSource to download/upload my waypoints and maps from my etrex vista c. I like to take my etrex on trips and log all the places I have been. I also use it to find my around citys.
