Any Difference between vehicle type in C5xx

Just wondering if there is any difference when choosing
the type of vechicle when using any of the
C5xx

Does it just open up Motocycle/Truck routes ?
Any Difference in accuracy ?

It is not the accuracy that is affected, but the route preference. You will find different routes selected based on your choices.
