Rode my bicycle 6 miles today....I'm down to 242lbs.....the goal is 190-200lbs....I promised my daughter when she was in High School that I would be slim by the time she graduates...She is graduating May 16th from George Washington University...42lbs by May.....ugh!

Spring
After a cold, wet, and overcast winter, I can hardly wait for warmer temperatures to get here and stay. It is so nice to be outside without having to wear layers of clothes.
The warm weather was a bit
The warm weather was a bit of a shock to my system. Since my commute has me leaving the house around 5:45 AM which means it's cold outside (30-35 degrees). When I left work (around 5 PM) I forgot it would be warm so I initially had my winter jacket on!
But I enjoyed the warm weather until I hopped onto the Metro.

Instead of paying a huge fine when someone is caught in a red light camera why not just have a box in everyone's vehicles and have them deposit ten dollars everytime they get behind the wheel.

I think that I'd rather have an hour of sleep than an extra hour of daylight. I really don't need it to be still be light at 9:00 pm during the summer.
