Why is it that the same folks who don't obey speed limits/red lights also feel they don't have to follow the forum rules?
I'm referring to the group of people who insist on posting red light/speed camera topics in the Open Talk forum rather than posting such topics in the designated Ticket Cameras forum.
is it because
following the guidelines are against their freedom of speech?

It's about the Line- If a line can be drawn between the powers granted and the rights retained, it would seem to be the same thing, whether the latter be secured by declaring that they shall not be abridged, or that the former shall not be extended.

Maybe we need a forum where you could post topics that are off-topic. Wait, they wouldn't post to that either would they?
How about a forum for off-topic subjects that are posted to the proper forum? I'm so confused!!!
