Nuvi 750, how do you erase blue tracking line

I know how to hide the trip recorder line, reset trip records, but can't erase the blue lines on roads once I've driven them, only hide them. Afraid to do reset because of my POI files. Did search on Garmin, the manual and read FAQ here with no luck. Would like to start trip with a clean map and have a new blue track at end of day. Thanks for any help

Go to Tools/ and then My Data. Choose Clear Trip Log.

I am glad that was posted..I never used that..Not that I will but if I do I now know how to erase it.
