reporting map errors

Does anyone know if there is a way to report problems with a map, or actually it's interpretation. HOV lanes in VA are set at different times and the GPS have the times wrong so the unit constantly routes you off of the HOV lane when it is open for travel. I have noticed that it routes me on the HOV on the weekends when it is always open. I tested my theory by changing the time on the GPS and sure enough it kept me routed on the HOV lanes. Is there a way to adjust this in the maps??? And no I do not have the unit set to avoid HOV lanes...
The reason I use the GPS locally is route around traffic but because the unit thinks HOV is closed during the times it is open it always routes me in to the traffic... just an annoyance really especially since the traffic updates aren't that great...

Garmin has a place
Garmin has a place at there web page to report Errors. But it takes forever. Google maps uses the same maps and you can also report errors there..I have found my address is off by about a 1/4 mile I have reported it to Google maps and Garmin..No one has fixed it in 2 yrs. I Live across the road from our county
engineer..and they still wont believe that the map is off by that much.
they did fix a number of other Errors on my road..so they do listen some..

HOV
I do have Carpool lanes set as an avoidance but "Jill" seems to insist I use HOV. Also in the N. Va. area. Is there a way to tell them that HOV IS carpool?
