Just want to say Hi! I hope my 1st POI Factory up-load (Wawa Stores) is useful to many of you.

I currently have a TomTom One NE and I am very impressed and pleased with its functionality! smile

welcome, been looking for a wawa POI, thanks. It seems that it doesnt work though. I can't load dotnet 2.0 on my computer, so i can not use the poi verifier. Can someone check it?

EDIT: I fixed it, but what do I do with it now? LOL. How do i upload it here.

I had to put the lat and long in the first two rows. I also took out the addresses (too long) and just kept the state. That is really all you need. I also named the "WW" to Wawa

Welcome

I'm another newbie. I'm in CA so I'm not grabbing your Wawa POI just yet. Even though it is not useful for me because there are no Wawas around here, I think it is awesome that you did that already! I sure wish we had Wawa stores -- I've been and they are nice!

WaWa;
"Over 100 years ago, our original dairy farm was built on land located in a rural section of Pennsylvania called Wawa, which was named from a local Native American tribe in honor of their favored game - the Canada Goose. Today, the name Wawa has come to symbolize the very best attributes of our company.

"Wawa" is a Lenni Lenape Indian word for the Canada Goose that was found in the Delaware Valley, that's why we use the goose on Wawa's corporate logo.

The first Food Market opened on April 16, 1964 in Folsom, Pennsylvania."

Sheetz;

"Bob Sheetz founded Sheetz, Inc. in 1952 when he purchased one of his father's five dairy stores located in Altoona, Pennsylvania. In 1961, Bob hired his brother Steve to work part-time at the store.

It was not until 1963 that the second store was opened under the name "Sheetz Kwik Shopper." It took another five years to open the third store."
