Visable Comments and Line Breaks

Can someone point me towards the discussion for making .csv file "comments" visible on the GPSr GO page? Also line breaks to go along with this.
I have some files that work and some that do not and I am having trouble seeing why.........

Unit software issue

Thanks Charlie and Gary.

While making up some test files using the info that you guys pointed me to, I discovered a unit software issue in my GPS.
I wanted to erase my POIs on my unit to expedite the test. They would not go away!!! I ran POI loader to erase the custom pois on both my unit and my SD card.
Only after rebooting the unit by removing the battery would the software respond.
In all my prior testing I was using a "hung" file and no changes were being made. No matter what I did it turned out the same!
I am now back in business.
Thanks,
Chuck

By the way...

Instead of removing the battery, you should be able to reset the unit by sliding and holding the power button to the left for about 5 - 8 seconds (until it starts to reboot). This is usually needed when you copy new files to the units' POI folder, in order for the unit to reload the new file.

It's about the Line- If a line can be drawn between the powers granted and the rights retained, it would seem to be the same thing, whether the latter be secured by declaring that they shall not be abridged, or that the former shall not be extended.

Reset on new file upload...

I have never found it necessary to reset the unit after updating the POIs. Now I am wondering if they were really updating!! I do know the mpg files were being changed. I will keep an eye on this from now on.

Here's a cool animated screen-saver hidden in the Nuvi...

From the main Nuvi screen, hold down the battery meter icon for about 5 seconds. It will go into a diagnostic screen. Then press the Back button.
To exit the screen saver press anywhere on the screen. Don't know about all Nuvi's but this works for the 885T.

After reseting my nuvi I found the process I was using was good. I now have visible comments with the correct line breaks.
Thanks for pointing out the prior discussions.
