I am very disappointed in the low volume level from the on board speaker of the Nuvi 780.
I tried TTS Voice Editor and the volume is still not at the level of my N200. The navigation voice is louder but all the other sounds are still too low.

So, what external powered speakers do you find works well ?

Other than adjusting the volume on the unit, you may want to use an
external speaker with the Headphone jack/audio line-out slot on the unit
or the FM Transmitter to send the sound to your radio.
The settings to check on unit to make sure the volume is at its highest.
1) Main screen select volume and make sure it is set at a high percent.
2) Main screen select volume, then mixer. Make sure the settings here
are also at a high percent.
