you need to be a member to acsess the the camera files. You can become a member one of two ways, Pay to be a member or be a contributor.
I recommend you pay for one year to help keep the lights on here at the POI Factory since server time is not free, then be contributing member there out after that. You can however help yourself to a large amount of other free POI files here http://www.poi-factory.com/poifiles

The files are very accurate, thanks to the many members who contribute to them. When I'm in the city, I always get a warning when I'm approaching an intersection with an RLC - including the one where I got a ticket last January, before I had my new GPS and the file from POI Factory!
