This POI Factory community file was inspired by the first entered location for the Harris Ranch. Tomb993 was the one who submitted this location and started the ball rolling.

The prevailing weather can determine when and how bad the aroma can be. Pulp paper mills, refineries, wastewater treatment plants, dairy farms, and feedlots are among the infamous. Some shut down periodically due to economic factors while others may cease to exist altogether for regulatory actions or other reasons. We are always looking for new places but also need to know if any on the list are permanently shuttered or otherwise no longer offensive to the nose.
