Well, we dodged a bullet this weekend. We are in Kansas getting work done on our RV at the factory. Bad weather around us, but we are fine.

Final week before we head out on a 50 day trip - will travel about 11,000 miles but fortunately about 60% will be on Amtrak. S.O. does not fly !
3 graduations to attend ! Will have trusty 2595 attached to the train window to make sure we're going the right way and not exceeding the speed limit or running red lights !
Oh did I mention that that one of my granddaughters is graduating magna cum laude with a BS in Elementary Education and a BA in Psychology !

Tornado Season
Sadly some of Arkansas folks lost their homes and some their lives list night. Life is a game of odds and it seems that the odds of tornadoes is on the increase.
Having grown up in "tornado alley" Oklahoma, it seems that the alley has gotten mush wider in the last 20 years. Never worried much before, but now we grab our laptops and head for the basement.

Spent four days in Palm Springs CA. Pretty windy over the weekend.
I was extremely involved in booking another cruise on Norwegian in November this morning and that is the reason for the late check-in. Won't need the GPS on the ship or the islands.
