POI Loader application has stopped working

Thanks. I read that post too but still could not get it to work. I also uninstalled the app and re-installed it and still did not work. Any help would be appreciated. Is there a poi verifer anywhere that could help. I have tried cut the data and repasting in another spreadsheet but still nada.

You may try this.Something RT put out for us to use. Go to http://wildluvracing.com/ you will see verifier on the left side of screen.Click on it for download. Is the file you are trying on Poi Factory?If yes which one?

The next question is just how big a file are you trying to load? You say you break it apart and it loads "but you want 1 file." The file may be too large for POILoader to handle. It probably has a limit, 65,532 entries (64K) comes to mind.

Thanks again. I tried the verifier and it repairs some of the lines but it didn't work. I tried to reduce the size of the file below 64k and that didn't work either. I am really confused. Any other suggestions?

See if it will load in Extra Poi Loader http://turboccc.wikispaces.com/Extra_POI_Editor .Sometimes depending on the file it will point out the line or lines that will not load.What is the name of the file?

The name of the file is Memphis. I have tried Tennessee and various other combos. I would be happy to send the file and see if you could figure it out. I have never had an issue with this in almost 3 yrs. Big Puzzle. I am going to try the Extra Poi editor and let you know. Thanks for helping

If you get message on download with Extra Poi Editor Are you missing the required OCX file? Scroll down until you see trouble shooting and you will need to install one of the below files.I will use your contact tab to email you so you can send me the file if Extra Poi Editor doesn't work out.

Extra_POI_Editor_Installer+v402.zip <- Try this one first. It is the most recent! Unless I missed, it should be fine.
Extra_POI_Editor_Installer+v250.zip <- This one always worked.

er I meant I was able to load the software but I still couldn't get the problem solved.
