Below is a site that we use where I work to validate our customers addresses. We are also able to get the coordinates so technicians can use them to find places they have not been. The site has 3 levels of membership:Free, Registered and Subscriber. Thought this may be of interest to some.

It's not that accurate for known addresses
It's not that accurate for known addresses with a known location verified on sat photo. I used it to locate a house I used to own. Itouchmap nailed it, this put it about a 1/4 mile away - right street, but definitely the wrong location - not even the same 100 block.
