GPX File Displays Different on Zumo 550

A friend and I have created a GPX file of motorcycle dealers (for Can-Am Spyders) in the US. The file validates, loads with POI-Loader just fine. The problem is that the info it displays is different on his Zumo 550 from mine.

For example, on my Zumo 550 it displays the name of the dealer, the address, city, zip and phone number. The same file on his Zumo only shows the name of the dealer with no address or phone.

We have fussed with this for a few days trying to figure out what the problem is. Some others have reported the same display that he has -- just the dealer's name.

He finally ran the file through his GPX editor (not sure which one) and saved the file as GPX.

That file show the info perfectly on his but on mine unit it show the proximity data (neither of us want this info and haven't included it in the code so I'm not sure where it is coming from) and some entries don't show the phone number.

Here are my questions:

1. Where do we go from here to get a single file that will display the info we want the same way on all Zumo 550s?

2. What is causing the difference? Could it be the version of software?

I can make the files available if anyone here needs them to diagnose our problem.
