4 MPH speed alert???

My dad has a Nuvi 265WT and all of a sudden, it's giving him a speed alert at 4 MPH. He was looking at the different modes, like pedestrian, car, motorcycle, and set it to pedestrian while he was looking for some family grave sites. Then he set it back to car mode and now he gets an alert when his vehicle speed is 4 MPH. It could be when he is accelerating slowly and is reaching the 4 MPH mark or slowing to that speed to.
Does anyone know how this could have happened or what it is? I'm not sure what to do to help him get rid of it and it's quite annoying every time he slows down at a stop light, he gets this.
I'm completely lost on this one.

Chances are
Chances are he has loaded a file into the unit with the digit 4 in it. It could be a date, a file number or almost anything but he needs to check the folder containing his POI files to see if any file names have a number. Change the file name to remove the number.
