Junction view still not fixed in 765T


sad The following is the response I received from Garmin Product Support reqarding the junction view in my 765T. Junction view appears to be working in other models and worked in mine until the latest map update and or firmware update. If it worked when purchased why can't they fix it. I think this is a legal warranty issue that can justify having Garmin replace or repurchase the unit for all owners still under warranty.If it is not fixed soon, I may just demand that.

My Junction View not working either 765t

I have the same issue. After updating to the latest US Navigator map, the junction view went away. It used to come up a couple of times a trip; but not now. The fix on Garmin was to replace the JVC file. I did that but no luck. I did it a couple more times, but it still isn't fix. The tech guy doesn't know what is wrong, but he thinks I should send it in. I am waiting for the next map update and see if that fixes things. I am hesitate to send my unit in since in all likihood, I will get a refurished unit. My unit is only 3 months old and I don't want to get a unit older and more abused.
