Safety Cameras are also known as Speed Cameras or Red Light Cameras. They dispense tickets for breaking the law.
As for loading POI files, you will need Garmin POI Loader which you can download from Garmin.

Icons and sounds.. I'd try a search to find out. I know sounds only work on certain units.
