Comes up in the bushes by a highway. The entrance is actually on a different road at:

I updated this location on the Carrabba's file. The decimal coordinates are 42.130158 lat, -72.624892 long.

One problem is that the location entrance is on a road that probably isn't in the GPS, since it most likely is a private road. (This is my pet peeve with large shopping centers that have their large network of non-mapped roads.) As a result, the GPS would have trouble routing you to the custom POI. What it would probably do is route to a point along Riverdale St that is perpendicular to the custom POI, and then direct you to turn left or right to the custom POI.
