Started yesterday for the first time on new Garmin...
I took the Starbucks POI and looked for my local store. It didnt exist so I went into Google Earth and Map Source to get the numbers. Put it into the sheet like the others and it shows up in the next town 32 miles away... can someone point me in the right direction?

Google Earth

defaults with the coordinates in degrees, minutes, seconds. You should change the default settings in Google Earth to decimal degrees. Then it will be the correct ones for your Garmin.

When you say put into

When you say put into sheet.Do you mean a csv file for custom pois?If you have a csv file for Starbucks you will need to look in Where to,extras,custom pois and touch screen for custom pois to see the file.
