I have opened a few different .csv files and have seen different formats.
Is there a standard to follow or some info on how many columns and info for each ?

See http://www.poi-factory.com/garmin-csv-file-format .Some users ue different methods for creating their csv files based on their own use for them.Then share them with the members.The prefered method to me would be 4 columns for Garmin that provides the most information.
