Nuvi Bracket

I have the windshield mount and the bean bag mount for a nuvi. If you use both, it requires that you take the bracket off one and attach it to the other. I would like to use the windshield mount in my car, but would like to use the beanbag mount in my wife's car and rental cars.

I am concerned about the bracket connection wearing out by changing it many times.

Questions are these.

Do you have more than one bracket, and if so, where do you get it?

Do you think the bracket will stay firm when you move it from one holder to another? Like windshield mount to bean bag mount.

I tried searching for a bracket for my 255w, but didn't find one sold by itself.

I would really appreciate any help. I know others must have already figured this out.
