Added animated SRF support to SRFBldr

I think I need to break this out into it's own thread instead of Aarrgghhs thread.

The new animated SRF format is up and (hopefully) running in SRFBldr:

It will now import all the images and stitch them together.

Also there are menu items for PNG->aSRF and aSRF to PNG conversion..

I have the Garmin 760 which reads the files, but does not read the 2nd grouping of 2D and 3D files for the animation, so I can only see the non-animated portion.
Let me know if you have problems with this...

EDIT: Found a bug in the file and fixed it, so make sure you are running v040209a...
