Voice not working

I have a Garmin Nuvi 750. The turn by turn voice has stopped working. I have tried to reset the unit and updated the operating software, but the turn by turn voice still does not work... any suggestions?

The unit probably reset to a non-TTS voice. To change it back select Tools - Settings - Language - Voice and then select a voice which has (TTS) next to it.

If you go to the page in the settings for voices, you will find you have a voice selected that does not include TTS in the description. You must choose a TTS voice for "Text to Speech".
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

It has happened to me a couple of times. Not sure why, but I just went back into settings and chose the TTS voice I wanted. For some reason, it was unchecked.
