MSN Direct?

I just purchased a Garmin 775T unit that comes with Free Traffic. Does this include the MSN Direct Service? I live in Fairfax Va. and appear to be in the coverage area but I can't see this enhanced service. Thanks!

Great GPS not to happy with MSN Direct.
Does any body know why the Doppler radar would be about an hour and half behind. It refreshes every 10 minutes but the data is not real time. Data an hour and half old is not much help. Have tried the help desk at MSN and they tell me that the information should be real time and all they do is sent a new activation signal, they have done this three times with no luck. Can't find an E-mail address for tech support all I can find is a phone number for a help desk and they are no help at all.

Have you checked your signal strength? Maybe not updating because of not good enough signal. Mine is close to real time - 765T. Appears mine is Maybe 5 to 7 or 8 minutes sometimes.

I don't think so. Once I get
I don't think so. Once I get the download, if I lose the signal I retain the info already downloaded. In the case of the radar screen for awhile, not sure exactly how long but could be much of the day. It just shows the last position of the radar over and over again. Once it gets a signal again it gets updated, thus my comment.
Other info can stay for days, or hours. Losing the signal does not disable what has been downloaded immediately.
chuckecm, not sure why it would not update more often if you have that strong of a signal......
MSN and doppler radar
Well I finally got the problem of hour and half late fixed. I had the unit for 4 weeks and the doppler radar never work right. Last Sunday it was stolen out of my truck, Monday I went and got a new one and it work fine right out of the box. Still would like to know why the other one did not work.
