MapSource - Zumo help

Hi,
I picked up the Zumo 550 about 2 weeks ago and have been playing with it and testing it. (nice having one that I can program my rides in) I have gotten a lot of good tips from the different discussions here. I have just ran into an issue, and would appreciate some input on it.

I upgraded MapSource to 6.15.3, and my custom symbols are gone. I removed, deleted the customer symbol folder and installed my original disk 6.14.1 and they are still gone. Originally when I installed the customer folder had BMP's in it, but when I reinstalled it put in PNG's.

Thanks for the info. I have tried everything I can find, and nothing works. Back to 6.13.7 for me. Hopefully the next update will work have it fixed.
