Nuvi 880 displays terrain

I don't know what happened. I updated to SW version 4.30 in my Nuvi880 and it appears that it now displays the terrain when in "track-up" mode. I don't mind the terrain, it is just that it is harder to read text against the green terrain back ground as opposed to non-terrain white back ground.
Does anyone know how to turn off terrain in the "track-up" mode?

I belive the terrian shows up when you zoom out to a certain scale. Not sure of the scale but try to zoom in more. indyjikraft
