Cleveland Loses Ticket money

A lawyer got one of the Red Light camera tickets..and took it to court. The law says that the Owner of the Vehicle will get the ticket. Well they " lease" all there cars. So they don;t own them. They also said anyone else could win even if they do own their car. Due to an unequal enforcement rule..So if you get a red light ticket in Cleveland it may be worth fighting it..

Cleveland City Coucil

The Cleveland City Council does not do many things well, but they will fix a loophole that will cost them money. This is the same council who computerized parking meters in a section of downtown where a new parker could no longer "piggyback" on a prior parker's extra time.
