I've made an Add-In for Excel that converts gpx files to csv or tab files and loads them into Excel. I think it's a good compliment to Extra POI editor, GeePeeEx, etc. when you want to mess with large groups of POI's.
It adds a "GPX Utilities" menu to Excel and has menu items to import/convert, replace LF's with [br], and launch two editor programs.

If a line can be drawn between the powers granted and the rights retained, it would seem to be the same thing, whether the latter be secured by declaring that they shall not be abridged, or that the former shall not be extended.
