Using the Foreign Language on 760

I was trying to use the Language demo in the 760 and regardless of words or phrases when I pushed on the speaker icon, I get a response of "Unable to load language" Do I need to download the language that I want from the website? It appears as though many languages already exist in the 760.
Second question: Has anyone used the language function in their travels?

Language Guide works fine on Version 4.2 firmware on Nuvi 7x0's. You can downgrade to v4.2 safely by using the 750 or 760 file at http://gpsinformation.org/perry/nuvi/
Resistance to stuttering is also improved, but it reintroduces the routing bug.
