POI Download Problem

Today, I tried to update the speed camera and redlight camera POI's. I downloaded the files correctly to my Garmin POI file but when I try to download the files using the POI Loader I get a message "There was a problem coping data to the data card. The device is not ready." This has never happen before and I have updated the files many times in the past. I have a Garmin 780.
Any thoughts as to what the problem is?
Does the device i.e. sd card show up in the poi loader?

Unit to the computer, is it recognized? Have you tried using a card reader?
