poi .bmps not showing up on the map

Hi, I have downloaded several .bmp icons from this site that are not showing up on the map section of my tomtom one 3rd edition. All I get is some sort of burgandy colored box with white around the edges. Can someone please help me figure out how to get these icons to appear instead of that burgandy colored box? Please send me email.
Try this
Rename the downloaded .bmp files EXACTLY THE SAME as the files you want to show up on the map.
e.g. CORRECT McDonalds .ov2 / McDonalds .bmp
INCORRECT McDonalds .ov2 / McDonald .bmp
If you have any alerts (.ogg files) they have to be named EXACTLY THE SAME as well:
e.g. McDonalds .ov2 + McDonalds .bmp + McDonalds .ogg

as long as you up load a poi to your gps make sure the bmp is the same is the poi file or the bmp will not show up
