How do I install the POI files that I downloaded from this site? They came in CSV format.

Yup Daniel's tip will get you up and running!
The most important thing is, that all three Files have the exact same name with a different extension of course.
I use a c550.

You need to go to garmin site and download the poi file to your computer, and then attach the gps to the computer and it will guide you through the installation process. It will show your gps unit and ask you if you want to delete or install poi files. If you install the traffic light cameras, be sure to load a voice to tell you when you are coming to one. I have an 580 and the bluetooth works great. you can have voice dial or just dial on the unit. you can put your phone in your pocket or purse and forget about it. If you take the gps into the store with you and leave the cord attached, the bluetooth will still work, also the traffic alerts.
