Problems With My Nuvi 780

I'm experiencing intermittent and annoying problems with my Nuvi 780 since installing an update at the end of Sep 08. The problems are with locking up when powering on, voice turning off, and voice directions continuing way after a turn or change of direction is executed. Has anyone else experienced these problems lately? What can I do to correct them?
Install 4.20 update
A new 4.20 firmware update came out in mid October that should take care of the problems you describe.
Also allow the unit to complete the loading maps as sometimes it will take a longer time because the unit is doing file maintenance. If you turn it off while it says loading maps it can cause problems such as loss of voice.
