I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me how to determine what PCB version I have in my Garmin Nuvi 760.

while on battery
hold the battery icon for 7-10 seconds, it will go into diagnostic screen. scroll to the second screen, it should be there.

After you get the information, how do you safely exit that mode to go into normal operation?
simple
just scroll back to the original screen and hit exit.
