How do I upload photos in my "new topic"?

Unlike other forums that I belong too. I don't see an upload choice after I create a new topic. How do you upload pics? Or why is this not an option? I find photos, especially in the "how to" and "installation" type very helpful. A little help please.

I think the most helpful info is in the the 'faq' link at the top, right of the site.
Check out the topic in the subject line to see if it's what your're looking for. It doesn't exactly answer your question but will give you some guidance.

People have been using photo hosting sites to share pictures. You can then link to those pictures. The software that we use to run the site is a bit limited in regards to pictures.
