Hi Ryan. Welcome to the group.
All of the POI here are available free of charge...all you need to do is participate for a couple weeks and then only to get the Camera files. Everything else is available to you now.
POI in Sacramento = 0 <-- My opinion
Cameras in Sacramento = 20 <-- As of 9/2/07
Cheers.

Hello New User
Welcome to POI Factory. =)
Welcome!
Welcome to the site. Lots of goodies here and a great group of people. Like the advice already given, try to contribute or chime in as much as possible. Before you know it you will be rewarded with a little windmill that will allow you to access the redlight cameras too.
Hmm.. should of taken my own advice. Keep popping in and out because of my TDY's and can't seem to keep that little windmill alive.

SAC INFO
You'll find that the red light camera database has lots of info for Sacramento and the surrounding areas. Some of it is wrong - traffic control lights listed as red light cameras - but the real red light cameras are listed there as well.
POI files of national chains contain the info for Sacramento. On the forum asking what POI files folks would like to see I said that a file for the BJ's Brewhouse locations would be good. Within a day it had been made and submitted. There are several in the Sacramento area.
I work for a state agency. I live in Chico and work in Yuba City and have offices located in Sacramento, Auburn, Roseville, Fair Oaks, Elk Grove, south Sacramento, Placerville, etc. all of which are in your area. I also have offices in South Lake Tahoe, Chico, Susanville, Red Bluff, Redding, Yreka, Alturas, Crescent City, Eureka, Ukiah, Lakeport, Napa, and Santa Rosa. I pretty much own Northern California as far as my department goes. I think you'll find a lot of stuff here that works for you. It certainly works for me.

Hello Ryan
Welcome to our Unique Community for all types of manufactured GPS's as long as they can use custom POI's. I'm sure you will be comfortable in no time flat. If you use the search bar located on the top left of each page you can find just about every thing you could imagine, After I entered Sacramento I found five pages referenced and just waiting for you.
I would also recommend reading these posts as well!
