I've been looking for one myself. Such data is perfect for a poi file and I thought about building one for myself. Unfortunately I have yet to find a simple listing of all dealerships, national or even by state. The only way the dealerships seems to be listed on multiple sites if via a search by county or city. Since there are currently over 4200 dealerships in the US, slogging through the various cities in each state and then copying and pasting the results into a file is too daunting for me.
Maybe Ford customer service could help with a complete listing.
I could also use a listing of Chrysler/Jeep dealerships too.
If you look through the list on this site you will see I already made a POI files for Chrysler/Jeep Dealerships for all of Canada. I'm not sure if you where looking for this or one for the US.

There is a file for Ford dealers in Texas, which I have found to be accurate. You might ask the person who created that file how he did it.
