Is anybody working on or know where I can get a Garmin CSV file for FM Classic Rock Stations across the country. I know I have seen the entire list of FM stations and one or two sorted by genre, but never that one.

You can find a listing of 78 classic rock stations at http://tiny.cc/wQuCX. This appears to be only stations that also broadcast on the internet. If this is sufficient, I can make a POI for you and upload it, however I will not be able to get to it for a week or two.
If there are other stations, I need a listing of the Call Letters which I can then combine with the fm stations.
